Practical mental health support for real life
When life feels heavy, you don't have to work everything out alone
Life can be a lot sometimes. You might be dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties or low self-esteem. Perhaps you're carrying so much that you can't work out where to start.
You don't need to have all the answers before you reach out. You just need a place to start.
At Future Aims Therapy, I offer person-centred online counselling for adults and couples across the UK, alongside books and practical mental health resources to help you make sense of what you're experiencing and find a workable next step.
I'm an MBACP Registered Counsellor, and my approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and evidence-informed. I won't tell you how you should live your life or hand you a list of things you ought to be doing. We'll work together to understand what matters to you, what you're dealing with and what might help.
Online counselling for adults and couples · UK-wide · Free 15-minute consultation

More than counselling.
Mental health support doesn't have to look the same for everyone — and it doesn't have to stop at the therapy room.
Alongside counselling, I create books, practical worksheets and resources, and run the Heavy Days Community to offer different ways to find understanding, support and something useful when life feels difficult.
Whether you're looking for a space to talk, a book that helps you feel less alone, or a practical tool to help you work through what's on your mind, there's more than one way to begin.
Find the support that fits you
Counselling
A space for adults and couples to explore what's happening, understand themselves and work towards meaningful change.
Books and practical resources
Accessible, evidence-informed support you can explore in your own time, from Heavy Days to worksheets designed for everyday overwhelm.
Community and connection
The Heavy Days Community offers another way to find information, shared understanding and support around life's challenges.
You don't have to choose everything at once. Start with what feels most useful to you.
Support that works for real life
I believe mental health support should be accessible, useful and rooted in the realities of everyday life — not built around unrealistic expectations or another list of things you should be doing.
Sometimes counselling is the right next step. Sometimes a book, a worksheet or finding the right information is a better place to begin.
You get to decide what support looks like for you.
